Notes

First run in a while, even the hills around campus felt like I was running a hill workout, and I'm still a bit congested from my cold, but it was a good run. Ankle felt pretty good (obv didn't test it much).

Did 3x15 one legged squats and a,b,c's with my left ankle afterwards.

It only gets better from here.
