Woke up this morning, and when I landed on the floor, I knew something was up with my left knee. It felt pretty sore, in the back especially where my hamstring comes in, so I scrapped the run, went to Church. After breakfast it was still a little sore, so I took some ibuprofen, cleared it right up. I may have been sleeping with my right knee jamming in there causing the irritation. Now it's Monday and it feels fine.
