Solid steady run, until I got a nosebleed due to the dry air outside while shoveling snow today, and the dry air in the basement. .5 @7:30, .5 @6:40, 3.5+ @ 6:00 and .5- @ 6:40, plan was to run a full mile @6:40, then run @ 6:00 pace till I fell off pace or ran out of music/interest, then cool down a little. After dinner i should run an easy 4 to warm up the muscles and then stretch.
Not too bad for only being able to use integer numbers of mph, I would have preferred 7-9 miles at 6:20 pace rather than adding that break in the middle, oh well.
