6 x( 2x200m @36, w/200m recovery, +400m @ 73 w/400m recovery)
Hit most of this workout, the 3rd 400 was a 74, a few 200s were 37, one was 38, and some of them were 35 with a 34. Did 6 sets, I think the hardest part of this workout was the 15 miles yesterday... that and not getting to sleep until 3am last night (but I did sleep in a bit so hopefully that wasn't much of an issue). This workout felt like a really big shock to my system, I think the miles with a minute rest will be "easier" simply because I can adjust to that pace more easily.
