Notes
Sick workout, got out after my Controls exam ready to break something (robot didn't work, I didn't feel like I knew what I was doing for controls during the final)... sound barrier sounded like as good a thing as any to try.
SO, not that fast, but where the workout was intended. 10,8,10 @5:40 pace, so I was a bit quick, felt good, but I feel like I may have worked a little harder than intended in my legs.
I thought this workout was going to be terrible after 4 hours of sleep last night, ~6 the night before, and no run yesterday. I made sure to psych myself up a bit as I was getting changed, and I was talking to myself through out the warm up about focusing on the workout.
