Idea was to run 4-5x1600 5:50-5:45, but Alan wanted to run faster so it ended up being 3 in 5:36, 5:31, 5:28 for hopefully 1600s. Ran a little more than 7.5 laps in lane 3. No matter what this is good work for me, it felt pretty solid.

Might race Super Sunday.
