2 min hard, 1 easy, 1 min hard, 30s easy, 30s hard 30s easy,

First run back in Worcester, MA got a bunch of snow... ran 4 sets, target pace for the fast repeats was 5:10-5:20 pace, 1st set was a little dicey with footing, but after that I was able to stay on the shoulder of the road and out of trouble. I think it was a good 3rd workout of the week, I could have done a fifth set, but my mileage is creeping up pretty quickly, and I took the long option on the first two workouts and long run this week. Easy tomorrow then back with the team Monday.

Edit: ran 4 sets of 2 minutes on, 1:30 on, and 1:00 on (with usually 1:00-1:30 between sets)
