broken up run, 2 mile warm-up to school, then a 6.5 mile run, some lifting, then 2 mile cool-down home. Relaxed pace with "group try hard". I'll run that 5 x 1000 workout tomorrow, probably at 12:00ish, I felt very good today, Thursday will be off, Friday will probably be the tempo, probably on the treadmill due to rain, and Sunday will be relaxed up at WPI.
