Was thinking of going 7-10x1000m @ 3:30, bump down the pace like a normal threshold progression I'd do in high school, but since I had the 10k on Wednesday which was mostly a tempo workout, I planned to go for 6x1000, then run 2x8,4,2 with a cutdown as the distances got shorter.
During the workout, I was slotting into ~3:28, which felt pretty quick, but good, I decided 5 was enough, and then decided to just go 6,4,2,4,2, to get a bit of speed in, but hopefully not kill myself too hard for the planned mile repeats on Monday.
