Long run by myself, had to stop at Assumption to use their bathroom, so the extra distance is getting up that hill.
Nice run, I literally closed my eyes on Reservoir St for different sections, and made sure that I relaxed. I was pleasantly surprised with how easy this run felt, and how quickly the time seemed to pass. Getting to Salisbury was about 7:50 pace, so I did pick it up on the rolling hills on the way back.
It's unfortunate that in the back of my head, I realize that this time next week, I'll probably be lying in bed hopped up on pain killers with my jaw bleeding, but that's the way it goes sometimes.
