BOMBED...idk, the first set hit and felt very good. I think that mentally, I relaxed on the 1k loops because they "should be" slower, so except for the first loop, I went through the quarter in 78-80 rather than 72-73. At least I got some solid mileage from it.
3 reasons I can think of:
-not enough sleep last night, stayed up till past 1:00 watching MNF, and got up at 7:45 to do core with Lane and Josh, should have taken a nap
-poor diet the past couple of days... my roommates can handle poor nutrition better than I can because I live life on the edge... can't live off pb&j forever
-Not recovering yesterday by picking up the last 2 miles, that was a mistake...
Like UMD, forget it get back out there Friday and do work.
