Notes
mile @ 10 mile pace, 3 sets of 4x400 (8k-5k pace), mile @ 10 mile pace.
Ran with Joe, had a pretty good workout. I cutdown on the 400's pretty well, and then Joe was feeling good the last mile and just went. So much for taking today on the easier side so I can workout on Thursday. Who know's maybe I'll be ready by then, I just need to listen to my body.
Feet felt good in the new shoes, and they don't feel too sore walking around. I debated breaking out the gel piranha's for the workout, but it was a good decision not to. I need to run in them sometime before Sunday though.
