good workout, hit all the paces, (well the 200's were prescribed 32s, but I was running 30s for F pace Tuesday).

Glad I hit the splits especially because my legs were still sore from Tuesday's workout. I'm guess coach will have Mason, Shane, and I workout Saturday, run one more workout Monday, then glorified strides on Wednesday.
