Windy and gross run during Carlsbad lunch time. Way better than running at night.
There were ~10 cars parked on Forest St right at the beginning of the bridge over 495, and then cars were lined up stopped behind them back to Williams St since it looked like the parked cars were just stopped in the middle of the road...
