Hot sunny and solo at lunch, Greg had a meeting so I didn't run out to soccer with him. Probably a good idea because I wasn't feeling very speedy today. Got to the car and stopped my watch at 7.99, so I jogged past a few more cars like you're supposed to, right? isn't that normal?
