Was planning on running Armory, underestimated how cold it was, passed by the Armory and my beard was freezing, so I decided it was smarter to head home. My right quad was sore at the beginning of the run, it didn't feel like something was injured like yesterday, just tired from something, but I got some ice on my legs after the run just to help it along a little more.
