These shoes feel great. Was rolling with a pretty high cadence through the run.
Ran up to Westboro High and ran a lap on the track to check it out. It's a reasonable high school track, nothing special but should be serviceable for workouts eventually. Ran a 100m stride in <20s to feel some speed, felt smooth.
Before I left I knew 4.7 would get me 25 miles for the week (yes I'm running tomorrow) so when I got back I ran around a little extra to get the distance in. Making progress.
