Notes

should have been a 4-mile tempo, but my legs were feeling it much more than my aerobic system, I took it as I'm trying to build up a lot, and catch up on workouts, and these are too long and hard to be going workout, steady run, hill workout, long run, tempo workout, so I cut it short, I'll run easier tomorrow, then attack the Saturday workout on Sunday
