Notes
Went to WPI to tough out a run on the dreamill since it was quite brisk out today (-10 actual temperature in Westboro around 7am that's a record). Grinded through 50 minutes on the mill, then went up to the track to see if I felt like adding more on there, wasn't feeling it, so I called it a day and lifted.
No need to get impatient and push through this tiredness now, last 6 weeks have been pretty good volume for where I'm at and I'm a little sick (again). Trading 3 miles this week for being able to run tomorrow is worth it. Also, I think it's time to open up pair #4, these shoes are starting to get a little dead.
