Interesting workout. 4 miles easy, 4 mile progression from ~7 minutes/mile down to tempo pace (~5:45) then 8x Mass Ave Hill. Good confidence boosting workout for everyone, top guys were all really relaxed, and the 2nd group could just tag along.

I know it was an easy workout, but I'm starting to feel my legs coming around.
