Notes

Just didn't feel it today, got to 2.8 miles, and my legs were just generally sore. After 5 good days, it made sense to cut this run short, let my body recover. The important run is tomorrow.

Also, I have to laugh at my legs feeling bad, and still running 7:25 pace, but I guess that's where I'm at right now.
