4x1000, 4x400, 2-4x800, ran this with Caleb and Jeff. Turn 2 and the back stretch were super windy, some repeats I felt like I didn't fly forward through the air at all, and with the volume the past couple days, I was very happy that I hit the splits as intended. My 10k pace might be a touch faster than the 3:19 k's, but who knows until I actually run a good 10k.
