Notes

4x2,2x4,6,2x4,4x2 prescribed at goal mile pace (officially the 800 group workout). Hard workout, my legs are gonna feel this in the morning. The 600 was rough, and the last 200 was everything I had at that point. It was nice working out with Greg because it was easier to follow him the first few reps and not worry about how fast I was going. At least now I don't need to hit another hard speed workout till I get back to Reggie.
