Yes, 67 degrees out. Absolutely glorious, strong MLR. The pace was good considering it is a mile+ step up from last week, and it was downhill into the wind, then uphill. I'm glad I didn't take more out of my legs with the run last night, especially with the quick turnaround this morning.
