Supposed to be 3,2,1 @ half marathon pace with a kick at the end of the intervals (Tom's request) I don't think I ran a single kick, but I'm happy with this workout. The first 5 miles of work were where I wanted them to be, I didn't feel good starting the workout, and I had a hard week of training with 17 miles Sunday coming into this workout.
Also cool to have a bunch of new teammates who at least for now are closer to my pace than any group I was running with in indoor.
Also, I run really strongly up hills, I don't know if I'm going "too hard" or if I just am stronger up them? I thought a guy like me with long legs gets more out of downhills.
