6 Aussie Quarters, 75/50 was the right pace. My legs felt pretty sluggish on the warmup, and my stomach wasn't the most settled during the workout. I guess I could have run the last two at 75/55, but I am racing in two days. Next time I try this I'll finish the workout, with the slowed down recoveries if necessary, but I just hope my body's feeling a little bit better.
