left too much for the end, I still need to work on my feel for 5 mile races, I went out with B-good and Ashman, but that was too quick (5:25ish) and I didn't really pick it up until I had like 200m left to go. I'm still learning, the course was flat, and I run better on hilly courses I think. Coach thinks that I stopped moving my arms around mile 3, which he thinks is what made me slow down, I'll keep that in mind this week.
