Run for an hour on the track, tried to run marathon pace, but was going a little quick for that staying with the back of the pack. After 4 miles, I tried to take a recovery mile, then get back to pace, but that didn't really work, then I tried to run the last 2 miles/12 minutes hard, was alright the first mile, slow the second.
This workout tells me I'm not in shape yet, thanks Sherlock.
