Notes

Ran coaches, and then added on a Saggy loop to get some strides in. Early on, my legs were feeling the pounding, which I think is a good sign, and the strides felt nice and smooth. Good stretch afterwards, time to go get 'em tomorrow.

I'd like to see a pr tomorrow, we'll see what happens.
