Nice workout, got to workout with the team (which meant I worked out with Shane). We both had strong workouts, Shane still needs to relax early in workouts/races, hopefully we can work on that this weekend and next week.
I felt very strong, the pace locked in well, I led 1,3, and 4, 4 I didn't even have to think about pace, and I knew Shane was leading out 5 quite a bit quicker. 6 we both got after it a little, which felt good. If I really wanted to kill the workout, I may have been able to hit full loops the whole workout.
