Notes

Workout was prescribed 3x1600 @10k pace, 3:00 recovery. Largely geared towards people racing Friday Night Lights, so I just approached it as 3x1600 @5k pace. Good workout, even though it's light on volume. Probably the best I've run in a workout for these kinds of paces, I can break 16, that's purely a mental issue at this point.
