3 miles CCW, 1 mile CW on the indoor track after class. It got wet outside for the first time in awhile. Like, Rt 9 was flooding wet driving home after this.
Legs felt really good, and I was going pretty quickly and smoothly (was counting laps so I overruled the GPS measurement). Had my last PT session this morning, and now I've just got to keep on top of the exercises and not build mileage stupidly.
