7x1000 at a new "I" pace, was supposed to hit 3:12 all the way through. First 3 felt good, 4th and 5th were rough, and the last two I was surviving through. Shane had a solid workout, beat me on the last two, but I was also trying to step up the pace, and realistically he should have stepped up too.
