Pretty nice run, ran with Lane, Jeremy, and Dom, Coach moved the long run to today because of the storm coming in tomorrow, and asked us to finish it up as a steady run, unfortunately Lane's heel started bothering him, so he slowed down. When we passed Assumption, Dom and I really started to pick it up, we ran the last mile in under 6:00.
I felt very strong today, probably because this is the first long run in a while that I ate something before I left.
