Notes
After yesterday's beast run, I knew today's workout would be my penance. Hip was bothering me a little throughout the workout except for the last repeat. I just need to take my training holistically and everything'll be fine. Good mileage today, and got in some hurdle work afterwards, Friday I'll probably run early so that I can work with Vinny on my form.
Shane looked better today than he's looked all season, which may have been a product of my run yesterday and Jeremy not feeling the workout. But whatever it is, I hope he turns a corner soon and can get back to racing with confidence like he did last year
