Notes
2x(4x300m) @ 3k pace. Felt a bit stiff and sluggish on the warmup, did my drills, took a stride, said give it a shot, and I hit the workout (not like this is a particularly difficult one). Could have done a 3rd set, I'll be ready to go on Saturday.
