The assigned workout on Wednesday was 4xk, 4x8, 4-6x4 @ 10k down to 5k pace, I tried to run that today, but it was windy, solo, last night's run was late and quick, played v-ball for an hour and a half yesterday, and I'm still trying to figure out how much time I need to recover from a half. Is that enough of a laundry list of excuses?
Good aerobic volume of work today though.
