Tam Track


Ran out to the Tam Track, which is a loop I've run a couple times now, it's 3.827?km long, so I ran about 1.7 miles out to the start, ran 2 laps so ~4.7 miles, then got lost on the run back for about 3 miles.

Felt really tired at the end, right now it's 10:30 and I've felt tired since about 9:00 watching a movie, Saturday at the TM should be interesting, this run told me that, but I'll have to see how it goes.

Running hasn't been as consistent as I would like leading up to this, but I'm here to get a project done, not to train really hard anyways... I'm hoping starting in April (after the clocks fall back) I'll be able to motivate myself to get up at 7:00 to run in the mornings, right now it's just dark out.
