Relaxed tempo running solo. could have been quicker, but its no big deal, especially with the MLR yesterday. I've settled into a nice pattern of Saturday/Sunday hard, then Tuesday-Thursday hard, so I'm running something worthwhile 5 days a week. This weekend'll be fun
