3200m over hurdles, I added on the approximated extra distance because the hurdles were in lane 3, We were trying to get 11:20 (85 seconds a lap) but three laps in my trail leg slammed into a hurdle, The first hurdle I went over I clipped too, and its the last time I'll wear tights for a hurdle workout
