CMS 5k, considering that every mile of this tempo was faster than my mile repeats on thursday, I'd like to write that off as an aberration, Today felt very good, I didn't slow down, Gabe had my first mile at 5:42, so I ran very consistently, running with Sully and Gabe while catching everyone who went out quick helped me stay focused, on June street, I felt my form break down for a little bit, but I pulled it back together up the hill, and outkicked Sully at the end
