I tried WPI's Track, there was a Friday night game, tried Worcester State, they had a game. So I tried to run this on Mill St since at least there's a wide shoulder. Maybe the world was trying to tell me something and I shouldn't have tried this workout tonight...
The miles were quick, but around #3,4 my right quad started hurting. I cut it off at 5, and I probably should have stopped earlier.
At least all the work is done, and maybe I'll feel better tomorrow.
