Smith College 3k. My legs don't feel like they raced, my body isn't tired, the workouts are going amazingly well, I just think I'm mentally blocking myself from being able to race well. Last week, 2 weeks ago, this volume was impacting me more physically, this week I know I turned a corner, I can handle the volume and recover for workouts, my legs feel good. This next week, I''ll take a day off Thursday (or Wednesday) take Tuesday easier, and no holds barred, no excused for Springfield.
