Didn't want to run this morning, and decided to head out after Michael left for the airport. Warming up, I felt good enough and felt like injecting some speed today, so I tried a 1,2,3,4,3,2,1 fartlek with 2 minutes rest. Went pretty well, until it started getting dark and I was worried about where I was going. I skipped the last minute because I was starting to get cold, so I didn't want to start another fast rep.
