Hazy and humid day. I was planning a 4-mile tempo then a mile all out, but with the weather, it made more sense to run intervals so I could get water after each one. For my plan B workout, I'm very pleased, no repeats over 5:30. Tomorrow is probably off, maybe I'll run a 5k shakeout if I'm very sore. I'll push my long run to whichever day this week is most promising, and it might be 13 rather than 15 this week
