Sun was out, so the guns came out. Felt slow at the start, but I decided I'd try picking it up down the hill to Botany Bay rd, and that turned into this short fartlek workout. Good speed on the intervals, good pace on the recovery and the cooldown was also back ~7:00 pace which felt better than I've felt this week. Most of this seemed to be run into a strong headwind/against a crosswind, so I just focused on keeping form.
Glad I decided to go into work this morning and cut out early, weather was beautiful
