rolling hill workout. like that my pace was under 9min miles :) :)
lots to do today, had to get it started with a run :)
hammies were feeling looser today, thank goodness. i think i did
too many squats and lunges during testing days at school. tied up my
hams for last 3 days. decent mileage this week. ending with 7-8 on sun.
