Nice calm peaceful morning for a run in the neighborhood. Traffic was a little much over by 1604 but I managed :-p
Taking yesterday off helped the legs. Hams were still a litttttttle tight. Lots of pretty wildflowers out by comanche.
Good 8 mile route I came up with. Sometimes winging it is better than running a laid out route. Happy with 9:37 pacing on a moderately hilly route :)
Lots to do today.
