Notes

Started out cold this morn again. Warmed up after 1st mile or so. Thought my run was going to be in circles when I saw a "closed" sigh on Alado trail. I went around it :O It was ok, I just proceeded very cautiously. Only about 3 sections were being worked on. I lost a mile on my watch because I forgot to start it :( As I moved along the boardwalk, I felt very alone. I was alone until I hit the end of Tobin Park and turned around. On the way back I started seeing more runners. :) I usually start earlier than others. Today I decided to go under 410 and see what trails were like on other side. Didn't like going under 410, scary. Once on the other side however, the trails were nice and very much like Alado.

Today I took extra time to appreciate all around me. Everything God has given this world. Didn't focus on my times too much. Ran a 9:38 pace. Easy breezy run :) It was nice to take it easier and appreciate all in my life. My kids, parents, brother, Grandmas, husband and all of my family. I think of them all often, especially when I run. Blessed to have such a support system :)

Today was a pre-culmination of allll the preceding Sunday long runs since my training started back in July. I have been blessed with good health and my ankle has held up and gotten stronger since the sprain back in July. Next Sunday is the marathon. I will trust my training and hopefully make 3:59:59 or better :) A little nervous, but who isn't before running a marathon?

Thank you God for bringing me this far :) Next week when I need a little lift, help a girl out ;)

Good, Easy, Relaxed run :)
