last tempo run before the big 26.2 :)
felt good and strong.
1st mile warm up, middle 3 tempo, last mile cool down. feel that I can run 3 under an 8 min pace. will have to try after I recover from the marathon. many 5k's to choose from.
counting down the days :) feel that I am prepared, now to trust my training to get me to my goal.
